Apprenticeship Supervision Manager

- At the heart of a dynamic environment, the OFAP actively contributes to the implementation of initial vocational training in the canton. Apprenticeship supervision is a legal mission incumbent on the canton, including the quality of training in companies, as well as inter-company courses.
- Leadership & Team Management You lead the supervision area, composed of vocational training advisors, make decisions in special situations, and ensure fairness and proportionality in all your actions. Collaboration & Impact As the privileged contact person for inter-company course (CIE) providers, you lead the influential CIE supervision commissions. Quality & Efficiency You analyze CIE subsidy requests and ensure the quality of monitoring of CIEs provided in the canton, in collaboration with OrTra and other partners. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Responsible for representing the service or French-speaking Switzerland with national, intercantonal, or cantonal bodies, you maintain the link with the relevant partners and authorities.
- With a higher education degree or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of professional experience. You demonstrate strong skills in team or project management as well as proven knowledge of the Swiss training system, its legal frameworks, the functioning of CIEs and their financing, essential assets to successfully carry out the supervision mission. Your leadership, analytical, and organizational skills are proven, and you are comfortable with office tools. Able to work independently as well as in a team, you show flexibility, proactivity, versatility, good stress resistance, and approach demanding situations pragmatically. Combining initiative spirit with listening and diplomacy skills, you also possess excellent interpersonal and synthesis skills. Knowledge of German is an asset for representation during intercantonal or national meetings.
