Your tasks
- In close cooperation with professional guardians, you perform administrative tasks for persons under guardianship.
- You collaborate with social insurance institutions and other organizations such as tax offices, care homes, or banks (e.g., reviewing files, making inquiries).
- You claim benefits from social insurance, economic social assistance, or other third parties.
- You handle daily correspondence in writing or by phone (e.g., correspondence, payment transactions).
- You prepare tax returns and statements for the Child and Adult Protection Authority.
Your profile
- You have a commercial education and further training at the level of advanced professional examination or a federal specialist certificate (e.g., social insurance).
- You bring professional experience in administrative client support and have solid knowledge of social insurance.
- Your optimistic attitude and structured way of working distinguish you. Organization and coordination are your strengths.
- You quickly recognize connections, are an open personality, and enjoy approaching various contact persons.
