Your tasks
- Telephone management
- Processing incoming emails (additions, non-compliance, miscellaneous)
- Results management
- Data entry of paper files
- Mail processing
What you bring
- Know the compliance criteria for samples related to the range of medical analyses in Chemistry, Hematology, and Immunology
- Know how to use medical analysis management software
- Excellent oral expression in French and good written expression. Good knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Flexible schedule (morning, mid-day, and end of day shifts) as part of a rotating team
