What you can achieve with us
- Stakeholder consulting and requirements analysis focusing on SAP Utilities processes (billing, tariff construction, device management, smart metering, market communication, customer portal, etc.),
- Implementation and customizing of solutions in the areas of SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA for Utilities
- Analyzing, optimizing, and harmonizing business processes in cooperation with the SAP team and the specialist departments
- Managing external service providers regarding service delivery in the area of application support and implementation of changes and releases
- Active participation in SAP projects, from planning, conception, implementation, and testing to taking over (partial) project management
- Advising and planning further developments in the SAP IS-U module with the relevant specialist departments
- Ensuring ongoing operations and support (2nd and 3rd level) of SAP IS-U as well as the interfaces to surrounding systems
What defines you
- University degree in business informatics or comparable training with appropriate further education
- Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP IS-U or PM/EAM are an advantage
- Experience in business analysis, project management, and IT service management processes (certifications are an advantage)
- Solution-oriented and cross-process thinking and acting, very good analytical skills, quick comprehension
- Organizational and conceptual skills, as well as structured and independent working style
- High social competence and pronounced teamwork skills
- Good communication skills in German, English is an advantage
