Your Tasks
- Community-based, social psychiatric work in a multiprofessional team
- Implementation of individual case assistance and group offers to strengthen personal resources and support long-term therapy success
- Active participation in the design and implementation of our therapeutic concept, including continuous development of our offers
- Close cooperation with external cooperation partners in the social psychiatric network
- Reliable implementation of internal standards and guidelines, including documentation and quality assurance measures
Your Profile
- State-recognized degree in diploma, bachelor, or master studies in social work or a comparable course of study
- Strong social skills, confident communication, and flexibility in everyday work
- Very good knowledge of social legislation and its practical application
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Interest in further developing social work offerings and active participation in new concepts
- Willingness for continuous professional development
