To relieve the current position holder and CEO as well as to strengthen the management team, we are looking for an experienced leader as Head of Sales Switzerland (m/f/d) starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
What you achieve
- Management of the Sales Switzerland division with nine decentralized offices as well as central Key Account Management and Sales Management – in terms of business, technical, organizational, and personnel aspects
- Implementation of divisional goals and strategies within the company guidelines
- Planning and optimization of divisional resources
- Improvement and further development of the divisional organization
- Personal support of major customers and influencers
- Participation in the acquisition and implementation of major orders and special projects
- Enforcement of business conditions and terms
- Representation in industry associations, organizations, and regulatory bodies
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Active participation as a member of the management team in achieving strategic and operational company goals
What you bring
- Business administration education (FH) with in-depth experience in a technical environment or technical education (FH) with additional business administration training (NDS/MAS/EMBA)
- Many years of leadership experience in a comparable position in the security, electrical, or ICT environment; sales experience is an advantage
- Native German speaker with good knowledge of French and English; Italian is a plus
- Personal integrity, above-average commitment, and high social skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
