Your mission:
You will contribute to the life dynamics of our establishment by:
- Proposing projects, activities, and meaningful support opportunities, both individual and collective.
- Assuming social reference for a living unit in collaboration with all services and the person's network.
- Actively participating in the activities and regular animations of the sector and in the caring presence with the residents.
- Becoming a driving force within the overall project.
- You have a certified or equivalent training with confirmed experience in a similar role.
- You demonstrate a conviction and a vision for supporting elderly people with loss of autonomy.
- You know and rely on the principles and values of the Montessori method for seniors.
- You are rooted in the local culture, making it an asset to enhance exchanges.
- You are willing and able to drive a bus and flexible regarding irregular working hours and days.
