It supports doctors, attending physicians, group practices as well as healthcare providers (physiotherapists, osteopaths, psychologists, etc.) with IT industry solutions and comprehensive service packages. From appointment administration to the fully structured electronic medical record to the billing system, the entire practice process is mapped. Digital Training Manager (LMS)

Main tasks

In this position, you take responsibility for our Learning Management System as well as for the conception, implementation, and further development of our digital training and eLearning offerings to support our customers in handling our software solutions.

• Responsibility for the support and administration of the LMS software Absorb
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of necessary technical implementations and system adjustments
• Conception, creation, and maintenance of eLearnings with Articulate
• Responsibility for controlling, standardizing, and continuously optimizing processes in the area of online training
• Consultation, coordination, and support of the product managers of our applications in the conception and implementation of learning- and product-related content
• Coordination and organization for the preparation of target group-oriented digital training offers and learning content
• Didactic conception of learning formats
• Participation in the creation of videos (Camtasia) and training materials (Robohelp)
• Creation, evaluation, and preparation of statistics and reports

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Experience with the learning management system Absorb
• Knowledge in creating eLearnings, preferably with Articulate
• Strong understanding of customer-oriented digital learning offers and service processes
• Ability to translate complex technical content in a structured and understandable way into digital learning formats
• Experience in analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting LMS reports and usage data
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Organizational strength and enjoyment in coordinating multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
