Tasks

You plan, manage and successfully implement the digital transformation in the area of building permit processes including the applications «gemdat bau» and «cymo ebau»
You coordinate the implementation of technical solutions and support the introduction
You coordinate and communicate purposefully with internal and external contacts
You ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards during implementation
You ensure documentation as well as adherence to deadlines, quality and costs

Expectations

Proven experience in leading and implementing digitization projects, ideally in the public sector or construction area
Knowledge in e-government and digital administrative processes
Experience with software solutions for the building permit procedure, such as «Gemdat» or comparable specialist applications
Structured, solution-oriented working style, good communication skills
High sense of responsibility and independence in daily project work
