Tasks
- You plan, manage and successfully implement the digital transformation in the area of building permit processes including the applications «gemdat bau» and «cymo ebau»
- You coordinate the implementation of technical solutions and support the introduction
- You coordinate and communicate purposefully with internal and external contacts
- You ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards during implementation
- You ensure documentation as well as adherence to deadlines, quality and costs
Expectations
- Proven experience in leading and implementing digitization projects, ideally in the public sector or construction area
- Knowledge in e-government and digital administrative processes
- Experience with software solutions for the building permit procedure, such as «Gemdat» or comparable specialist applications
- Structured, solution-oriented working style, good communication skills
- High sense of responsibility and independence in daily project work
