Introduction

The city of Adliswil is a dynamic city with a high quality of life that has grown rapidly in recent years. With customer-friendly services, the administration is there for around 20,000 residents.

The popular indoor and outdoor pool in the valley of the city of Adliswil includes spacious swimming and recreational areas within a beautifully located, well-maintained park. In addition to the usual sports and play pools, the attractive offer also includes a diving tower, a wide slide, a beach volleyball court, a restaurant, and a rented fitness center. The pool is visited by over 140,000 visitors annually.

For the indoor and outdoor pool, we are looking for reinforcement for the summer season from April 1, 2026, until approximately the end of September 2026

Pool Attendant on an hourly wage (approx. 60 - 100%)

These are your tasks

Together with the fourteen-member team, you offer our customers a great sports and leisure experience at our facility. Your tasks essentially include pool supervision, customer care, as well as general cleaning and maintenance work.

What we expect from you

For this diverse task, you have technical and manual skills, have an affinity for water sports, and at least hold the Plus Pool certificate. We are looking for a person with a high customer orientation, flexibility, as well as joy and competence in dealing with people. In addition, you are characterized by a strong sense of duty and show willingness for irregular shift work.
