The AniCura veterinary practices Netstal/Buttikon are our two locations in Netstal (Canton Glarus) and Buttikon (Canton Schwyz), not far from Zurich and Chur. You work there in the midst of a beautiful mountain world with numerous sports opportunities, where others spend their leisure time.

To complement our team for our locations in Netstal/Buttikon, we are looking for a

Location Manager as Leading Veterinarian or Leading Veterinary Practice Assistant 60-100% (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement

Are you looking for a new challenge and want to take on more responsibility? Do you have experience as a veterinarian or as a leading veterinary practice assistant? Then we are looking for you!

As the future location manager for our veterinary practices in Netstal and Buttikon, you are responsible for managing the locations in addition to your role as a veterinarian or experienced veterinary practice assistant. In doing so, you contribute significantly to the success of the two veterinary practices. In this role, you lead the veterinarians and VPAs on site and support them in all kinds of matters, acting not only as a medical but also as a strategic partner for the locations.

You will take on the following tasks:

• Management and leadership of the practices in Netstal and Buttikon
• Support of the veterinarians and VPAs on site in all relevant activities
• Business management leadership
• Participation in the further development of both locations
• Various administrative tasks (monthly payroll reports, monthly reporting, invoicing/dunning, etc.) in cooperation with HR and finance
• Interface to all support functions (operations, personnel, marketing, finance)
• Work as a veterinarian or veterinary practice assistant

Your profile:

• Degree in veterinary medicine or as a veterinary practice assistant with several years of professional experience
• Communication and leadership skills – we are looking for a people leader!
• Ability to think analytically and understand numbers
• Customer-, patient-, and team-oriented behavior
• Strong interest in expanding already acquired expertise and continuously improving the treatment standards of the practices
• Interest in the training and further education of colleagues
