Aurora Swiss Aerospace is an engineering center of expertise, specializing in advanced aircraft. We are searching for a talented and self-motivated Marketing & Communication Intern to help us create the future of flight. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Support the creation, approval and release of modern and impactful marketing and communication material related to our engineering services (presentations, newsletter content, factsheet, website content, LinkedIn posts, etc.).
• Contribute to the positioning effort for our engineering services for external customers in collaboration with our Business Development team.
• Research and map potential target companies and market segments in Europe applicable to our offering and aligned with our goals.
• Support outreach strategies deployment to increase awareness of our engineering services offering.
• Help define and track simple marketing KPIs (visibility, engagement, leads, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, management) to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions.
• Monitor competitors and market trends related to engineering services and subcontracting models.
• Manage our inventory of branded materials and promo kits; ensure they communicate our identity, values and messaging effectively.
• Capture our capabilities, activities, and special events through photos and videos.
• Manage the company’s generic email inbox.
• The duration of an internship typically lasts 24 weeks (6 months).
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, media or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to present and communicate to partners.
• Basic skills in photography and videography.
• Ability to work independently and structure open-ended topics
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fluid environment and foster a strong collaborative spirit.
• Must be eligible to work in Switzerland with a valid Swiss passport or work permit or should be an EU/EFTA national with a valid passport to enable work permit application.
• Interest in B2B marketing, technology, or engineering environments
• Familiarity with off-the-shelf content creation and editing software & tools (e.g. Adobe, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SalesForce (CRM) is a plus
• Interest in industrial, engineering, or technical services markets
• Additional European language(s) are a plus
• Analytical mindset and comfort with market research
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• This internship position will be based at our Aurora Swiss Aerospace office in Luzern, Switzerland for a minimum of 3 days a week.
• This position may require some domestic travel.
