Technical Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

To complement the Creative Advisory team in Lucerne, we are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to start immediately.

• You support the Creative Advisory team in all technical matters related to digital projects such as content automation, template implementations, interface connections, etc.
• You independently coordinate smaller projects and take on technical responsibility.
• You conduct systematic testing and document results as well as processes. You coordinate closely with the respective Creative Advisor and, if necessary, with the client, always keeping the business requirements of the project in mind.
• You set up the Content Management System (CMS), conduct template testing, and are responsible for executing scripts.
• You work with structured data sources (e.g., XML, CSV, or JSON), check them, and use them for automated content creation.
• You develop requirement catalogs and template descriptions in coordination with the Creative Advisor and ensure their implementation in the project.
• You take on technical sub-project management and act as a technical lead in interdisciplinary projects.
• You ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date, understandable, and accessible.

• You have a strong affinity for digital technologies and technical contexts.
• You work precisely, structured, and can document complex issues clearly.
• You enjoy independently managing smaller projects and taking on technical responsibility.
• You enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously and driving them forward.
• You are familiar with CMS systems, simple script adjustments, and structured data formats such as XML or are willing to quickly learn.
• You are a team player, strong communicator in a technical context, and have a good sense for systematic working methods.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in digital production or technical project coordination.
