Your mission:

• Provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
• Evaluate services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the continuous improvement of interventions

Your profile:

• Diploma as a nurse in general care or equivalent training
• 2 years of experience in acute care would be an asset
• Experience in geriatrics and/or respiratory and hospital rehabilitation
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
• Computer skills
• Particular interest in multidisciplinary work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
