• Co-responsibility for the entire smooth running of daily business
• Staff management in the absence of the store manager
• Serving and caring for our customers
• Ensuring optimal product presentation
• Carrying out assortment orders
• Checking, inspecting, and shelving delivered goods
• Handling the cash register including accounting
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the shop / gas station
You have completed training in retail and preferably have experience in a similar position. With your competent, service-oriented, and friendly manner, you understand how to respond to customer wishes, motivate employees purposefully, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You like to take responsibility, act entrepreneurially, and are a team player. In addition, you look forward to a varied and independent activity and are also willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
