We are looking for an empathetic and qualified personality as Deputy Head of Finance Administration (80 percent) starting March 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the financial and administrative processes of the St. Martin Retirement Center. You work closely with the Head of Finance and Personnel and ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently, correctly, and on time. You are supported by a team of four employees and two apprentices.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for financial accounting including VAT accounting.
• You manage asset accounting and assist in the preparation of cost accounting.
• You perform closing tasks for quarterly and annual financial statements.
• You prepare various statistics for internal and external bodies.
• You support the Head of Finance in budgeting and planning.
• You manage property insurance and handle claims.
• You coordinate and organize our ICT together with our external partner, can receive support requests from
• employees, and are very familiar with our ERP systems.
• You actively participate in various projects.
• You are responsible for deputizing within the Finance/Administration area and take on various tasks as Deputy Head of Finance.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in finance (e.g., specialist in finance and accounting or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in finance and administration
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and high IT affinity
