We are looking for an established personality with solid practical experience who acts on equal terms with customers, drives technical solutions forward, and always keeps the economic perspective in mind. Less of a technical specialist, more of a consultant, project designer, and reliable sparring partner.

Your Tasks

• Advising customers on the optimisation of connection solutions and assembly processes

• You address the technical requirements of customer-specific issues and support the solution-finding process

• Leading technical projects including feasibility studies and coordinating internal as well as external partners

• Conducting specialist seminars, training sessions, and workshops as well as imparting expert knowledge in fastening technology

• Further development of engineering services and building a strong network with customers, universities, associations, and partners

What You Bring

• Completed B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or similar

• Independent working style, team player, and solution-oriented

• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

• Passion for business management processes and enthusiasm for technology

• We are looking for a person with a hands-on mentality
