Our family-like and very beautiful senior center Vivale Sonnenplatz with 54 nursing beds, 30 apartments, a public restaurant, and around 75 employees is located in the heart of Emmenbrücke at Sonnenplatz. For our department with 18 residents, we are looking for a Nursing Team Leader 80 - 100%

You are responsible for the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the department
You ensure a high quality of care in the department
You review the care process, needs assessment, and care planning
You are the contact person for our residents and their relatives
You organize the daily routine of care and personnel planning
You support the team in the introduction of new processes and procedures and, if necessary, in the

IT/Technology
Your profile

Nursing professional HF (or equivalent)
Leadership experience or motivation to take on a first leadership role
High organizational and social competence
RAI Supervisor* (or willingness to attend this course)
Enjoy working with elderly people
