Conceptualization, planning and implementation of all communication and sales promotion activities (online & offline) for the assigned communication spaces and in compliance with the CI/CD guidelines (e.g. marketing mailings, online campaigns, advertisements, films, photos, invitations, factsheets, etc.)
Coordination of planned measures with the various involved internal departments (sales, product management, CRM team, PR, etc.)
Control of budget and measure planning
Participation in dossier preparation for tenders in the assigned communication spaces, including texts and design of the marketing concept
Processing and further development of the assigned social media channels including reporting and community management
Content management of the website in the assigned areas and further development of the website presence
Planning, briefing and support of all internal and external stakeholders such as graphics, agencies, photographers
Professional collaboration in cross-departmental projects
Responsible for the conceptual development and use of innovative new communication and marketing tools

Completed professional training in marketing communication (professional certificate or comparable studies) is required, further training in online marketing is an advantage
Several years of experience in a comparable position, especially in communication
Very high writing competence
Proven project experience, ideally in the advertising or media industry
Solid German and French skills, additional languages are an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
Knowledge of CMS, Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe programs is an advantage
Team player with a high degree of initiative and structured working method
