Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the organization, further development, and implementation of our bachelor's and master's programs
- You continuously develop the portfolio and ensure its future viability and quality
- As a member of the department management, you significantly shape the strategic development and positioning of the department
- You lead and promote the program directors and the team, design processes, and attract committed lecturers and experts
- Teaching activities as well as tasks related to student acquisition and marketing of the programs complete the area of responsibility
Your Profile
- University degree, ideally with a doctorate
- Several years of teaching and leadership experience in higher education
- Solid didactic knowledge and communication skills
- High leadership competence with a sense for a cooperative, agile culture
- Familiarity with the Swiss higher education landscape
- Integrative personality with assertiveness and persuasive power
