Your main task
Comprehensive care and support of the residents
Working in the case management system
Initiating and participating in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
Collaboration with family doctors as well as internal and external services
Conducting information and counseling discussions with
residents and their relatives
Taking over the day or night responsibility in the
residential area
Guiding employees, interns, and trainees
Handling Rai
Your profile
Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or
healthcare specialist
Working in day and/or night shifts
High independence, great commitment, and high
quality and sense of responsibility
You are open, communicative, and bring your ideas
Preferably experience with the BESA system
