As a program planner, you are the central interface between creative program design and strategic planning. You develop, produce, and plan innovative content and ensure that our listeners enjoy a first-class radio experience every day.

Your tasks
You implement the program strategy in close coordination with the program management. You plan and coordinate the content so that it is perfectly tailored to the target group and entertains them anew every day.

Especially for the morning show, you develop and produce content that excites and evokes emotions.

From entertaining stories to informative segments. You always implement creative ideas, rely on a variety of formats, and are strong in format to strengthen the character of the station.

You complete your profile by also taking on news or moderation shifts (depending on experience).
