Your exciting field of activity essentially includes:
- Taking over the operational management of daily business
- Active collaboration in the specialist areas of catering/cleaning and laundry service
- Responsibility for work organization and quality standards in the laundry
- Supporting the Head of Housekeeping in specialist topics as well as in process optimization
- Participation in personnel management and in the training of apprentices
- Collaboration in projects as well as leading meetings and training sessions
What distinguishes you:
- You have a professional qualification in housekeeping (at least EFZ level)
- Ideally, you can demonstrate leadership experience as well as professional experience in a healthcare institution
- The well-being of customers is close to your heart and your attitude is characterized by service readiness
- You enjoy working with people, are empathetic, a team player, and reliable
- Your communication is motivating, target group-oriented, and exemplary
- You are also willing to work weekend shifts
