From 1 November 2026, we are looking for temporary reinforcement in the area of tumour board data management for 4 months.

YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for registering patients for the tumour board using the medical software C37 as well as for programme dispatch
- You actively participate in the tumour board and take the minutes
- You prepare the billing for the tumour board
- Using tumour software (ODSeasyNet, Adjumed), you document cancer treatments
- You work closely with attending physicians and their medical practice assistants (MPAs)
- You assist in the preparation of audits and also participate in them
YOUR PROFILE
- You have training in healthcare or several years of professional experience in this field
- You have knowledge of oncological processes and terminology
- You are proficient with digital applications and structured data management; experience with tumour documentation software would be a great advantage
- You describe yourself as a reliable and resilient person, with a high quality awareness and an independent working style
- You speak fluent German
Working hours: You are available/present all day on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Additionally, you are present on Thursday mornings from 07:00.
