Operator (Shiftleader, Production)

As a shift employee in the single plants in Visp, you will work alternately in the control room as well as in the plants of a production department with several plants.

Your tasks:

• Operating several plants with different process control systems

• Monitoring production

• Detecting and resolving malfunctions

• Controlling and analyzing process parameters

• Safe start-up and shutdown of production plants according to specifications

• Support during changeover and maintenance work

• Working with the computer (Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP as well as process control systems)

Your profile:

• High commitment to strengthening the safety culture

• Experience as an operator in chemical production and service companies is an advantage – career changers are welcome

• Willingness to work shifts (4-shift system) with flexibility in work scheduling.

• You are interested and willing to learn new technologies and continuously further your education.

• Furthermore, you are committed, flexible, work independently, adaptable, resilient, and team-oriented.

• Accurate working and documentation style

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
