To strengthen our team in the Dermacenter area, we are looking immediately or by agreement, for an unlimited duration, at the Biel site, for a motivated and committed person as a Certified Drugstore Specialist, 60-80%.

Your responsibilities
- You competently advise our customers in your field of activity.
- You ensure a complete and optimal presence of products.
- You take charge of the assigned merchandise groups/deposits, specifically dermatological products.
- You receive the external service collaborators of the suppliers.
- You coordinate and ensure the transmission of specific information to the department to the relevant recipient groups.
- You perform tasks related to the quality assurance system.
- You are part of a team dedicated to cosmetics and general perfumery and are active in this department with a team player spirit in the collegial organization of the department and in customer service.

Your profile
- You have completed basic training as a Certified Drugstore Specialist or Pharmacist CFC
- You already have professional experience in an activity with an equivalent level of demand as a drugstore specialist
- You always place customer satisfaction at the center of your concerns.
- You have a clean, careful, and cooperative working style.
- You have charisma and a neat appearance.
- You are fascinated by the world of luxury and prestige.
- You want to evolve in the universe of a multi-brand department store, allowing a varied customer experience and offering a true abundance of emotions.
- You speak fluent French and/or German.
