This is what the position offers you

You develop the SAFe methodology in the field of software engineering and support the teams as a coach in effectively applying agile principles and practices
With your organizational talent, you plan and manage the PI planning as well as other SAFe events and ensure that deadlines and quality requirements are consistently met
You promote collaboration and communication between teams and stakeholders and ensure that obstacles are identified and removed so that the teams can progress smoothly
With your holistic view, you actively shape the continuous improvement of our processes and methods, thus ensuring sustainable gains in efficiency and effectiveness
You work closely with other RTEs and Scrum Masters, develop a unified methodology and suitable tools, and actively contribute your expertise to the LACE team

This is what you bring to the position

You have several years of experience in applying agile methods, ideally in the role of RTE or a comparable position
You have in-depth knowledge of the SAFe methodology and its implementation, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills
You bring strong leadership and coaching skills and are characterized by a strong initiative
You are passionate about technical topics and quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies
You communicate confidently in German and English – whether in the team or at various interfaces

V-ZUG Software Engineering

V-ZUG Software Engineering is a department within the Technology Department. In close collaboration with innovation development, product management, IT, production, and other departments, we are responsible for the software of our household appliances in the kitchen and textile sectors. In addition, we design the digital channels such as the V-ZUG Home App, the V-ZUG Diagnosis App, VZUG.com, and our IoT platform.
As a software team, we accompany our products throughout their entire lifecycle – from the first idea to operation.

As an RTE, you are the central interface and work closely with the mentioned departments. You promote cross-departmental collaboration within and outside the Agile Release Trains, actively drive the further development of the SAFe methodology and the agile mindset, and support the continuous improvement of our processes.
