Project Staff Member
Office for Municipalities | 50-60% | Chur
The Office for Municipalities ensures that municipalities, citizen communities, and regions are legally organized, can fulfill their tasks independently, and are financially healthy. It ensures supervision over the municipalities (institutional and financial supervision) and is responsible for the implementation of financial equalization. It strengthens the municipal institution by promoting municipal mergers.
We are looking for a project staff member for the Office for Municipalities starting 01.09.2026 or by agreement as effective support in the Services Department.
- Support in projects and official tasks (financial equalization, municipal reform, effectiveness reports, etc.)
- Management support (including internal finance and accounting, reporting, quality assurance, ICS, personnel administration)
- IT and digitization responsibility, power user
- Support and training of employees
- Commercial basic training, extended by higher additional training
- Professional experience in back office and management support
- High IT affinity
- Strong communication skills
- Working language is German. Knowledge of at least one other cantonal language is an advantage
