About the job

In this varied role, you are the first point of contact for our employees in the 1st level support of our merchandise management system. You receive inquiries and problems, analyze them, and initiate the appropriate steps. In addition, you support the further development of our merchandise management system and actively participate in relevant projects. You are also an important support in general IT support: you help with hardware and software issues, maintain and update master data, and handle overarching IT requests.

You have a strong IT affinity, work service-oriented, and quickly find pragmatic solutions to technical challenges. You are a communicative and independent personality with an analytical mindset and set priorities correctly. You have completed basic training in the IT or commercial field and already have experience in a similar role. Good spoken French skills as well as willingness for on-call duty on Saturdays and public holidays (about every three weeks) complete your profile.
