Are you ready to actively shape the future of the Canton of Zurich? Together with you, we implement the Digital Administration 2025+ strategy comprehensively and in a coordinated manner, thereby shaping the digital transformation of the Canton of Zurich. We need you, with your uniqueness: a (service-)oriented and holistic thinking personality who joyfully and humorously masters these challenges with us. The Digital Administration division of the State Chancellery implements the Digital Administration strategy within projects with internal and external partners and further develops the strategy. In addition, we manage the website www.zh.ch and the transaction platform ZHservices.

Your tasks:

• You take on the leadership of demanding transformation projects in the area of Digital Administration or work in these projects. You contribute your expertise in organizational development.
• You develop and anchor sustainable organizational structures, processes, role models, and forms of collaboration. This creates the organizational foundations for a Digital Administration that delivers its services efficiently and service-oriented.
• You advise and/or accompany projects of the cantonal administration on overarching issues related to organizational development and contribute to ensuring that changes are sustainably effective and lived in everyday life.

Your profile:

• You bring several years of experience in leading organizational development projects, ideally in a public administration or a comparable environment, and have solid knowledge of project management methods.
• You have a tertiary-level degree, preferably in work and organizational psychology, business administration, or administrative/political science; further training in organizational development and project management completes your profile.
• You enjoy working conceptually without losing sight of implementation and have already proven yourself as a team player in various projects.
• Holistic thinking, excellent communication skills, initiative, and self-management competence are essential for this position.
