• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure.

• Ensure the handling, parking, and return of vehicles.

• Keep the entrance and surroundings of the establishment spotless.

• Assist with the careful transport and handling of luggage.

• Be available to assist the concierge team with various tasks.

• Manage specific guest requests with responsiveness and courtesy.

• Inform guests about hotel services and the surrounding area.

• Contribute to the prestigious image and standing of the Palace.

• Excellent presentation and impeccable attitude.

• Strong attention to detail, rigor, and daily dynamism.

• Good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.

• Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus.

• Valid driving license in Switzerland (impeccable driving).

• Fluency in French and minimum English level for clientele.

• Ability to handle unforeseen events calmly and professionally.

• Elegant and discreet nature, passionate about the Palace universe.
