Professional Qualification
- professional experience in the hotel industry or experience in housekeeping is an advantage
basic knowledge of German, English, and Italian is an advantage
Main Tasks
Maintain cleaning and hygiene standards
clean guest rooms
clean public areas, staff areas, and behind the scenes
clean restaurant areas
work in the laundry area
wash and iron guest laundry, staff and management laundry
report technical defects to the caretaker
pay attention to details
handle materials carefully
proper use of machines and equipment
bring lost property to the reception
deep cleaning at the end of the season
keep storage and laundry in order
stock housekeeping cart for the next day
