What you bring with you

Joy in sharing your consulting expertise with our clients and colleagues * as well as:  

• Several years of consulting experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, including at least two years in a leadership role in Switzerland.
• Solid, cross-sector knowledge in at least 2-3 of our focus industries such as mechanical & plant engineering, trade & logistics, maintenance service providers (MRO), or defense, and current challenges and industry trends.[MS1] 
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a strong result orientation, initiative, willingness to shape, as well as curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Convincing presence through outstanding communication and presentation skills at all company levels (English/German C1 - additional languages desirable).
• Excellent teamwork, social skills, strong listening and communication abilities, and the willingness to continuously develop yourself and others.
• An above-average master's degree with a technical or business focus.
