In this diverse job
- you will work for 12 months in various departments of the Luzerner Zeitung, getting to know the entire range of journalistic work
- you report on current events in the region, research, conduct interviews, and write portraits
- you fully immerse yourself in the daily routine of the Luzerner Zeitung and report in all journalistic forms "digital first"
- you are also out and about with on-site research
You will succeed here if
- you can demonstrate initial journalistic experience, enjoy researching, are creative, and have ideas for stories
- you know that journalism is not activism – and that CH Media practices journalism
- you approach people openly, think of the readers and not your "bubble" in your reporting
- you have very good German skills and broad general knowledge and are interested in events in the world, in Switzerland, and in your region
- you have completed training and ideally hold a category B driving license
