As an expert in the Project Accounting department, you are responsible for advising and supporting our Swiss company with interfaces to our other companies. Furthermore, you are responsible as a manager for our well-coordinated project accounting team and the admin team.
As an expert in the Project Accounting department, you are responsible for advising and supporting our Swiss company with interfaces to our other companies. Furthermore, you are responsible as a manager for our well-coordinated project accounting team and the admin team.
Your tasks:
- Professional leadership and further development of the team
- Contact point/coordination of the entire project accounting team, as well as the admin team (a total of 7 people)
- Participation in project accounting and time verification
- Contact person for project managers and clients
- Support in project controlling
- Data entry and management in the ERP system with
- Project setup, project accounting
- Control of time tracking and overtime distribution
- Travel expense recording, accounting, etc.
- Handling of VTU-internal matters
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in billing complex orders, as well as experience in the project environment
- Ideally, first leadership experience
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems
- Very good German and good English skills
- Reliable, punctual and structured working style as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and leadership potential
