Company Description
The Official Youth Foundation (FOJ) aims to promote the psycho-social development of children, adolescents, and young people in difficulty, in collaboration with parents and partner institutions. Bound by a service contract with the State of Geneva, the FOJ is committed to the protection and defense of the interests of the child.
Serving the families of the canton, it works through four main areas of action: child assistance , emergency reception , family support and preparation for autonomy .
To fulfill its mission, the institution manages more than 40 structures spread across the Canton of Geneva and has more than 500 places for minors and young adults and offers ambulatory educational services at home. The FOJ is composed of 500 employees.
The FOJ offers some internship places in its homes for interns wishing to join the Haute Ecole de Travail Social (HETS).

Preliminary internship to join the Haute Ecole de Travail Social (HETS).
Qualifications
Hold a secondary II school leaving certificate (Specialized Maturity in Social Work ECG, Professional Maturity in Health-Social, CFC ASE, Gymnasium Maturity).
Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to various populations.
Ability to work independently, team spirit, and initiative.
Good knowledge of the Geneva social network.
