Job Description
- Participate in the preparation, cooking, plating of menu components and send to the maître d’ for service to customers
- Work as a team under the responsibility of a Chef de partie
- Ensure mise en place, prepare dishes and select products for menus
- Support colleagues in carrying out their daily tasks (integration, training, follow-up…)
- Guarantee full food safety by ensuring hygiene (HACCP procedure), cleanliness of the kitchen and its surroundings as well as its facilities
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to work as a team
- CAP / BEP Cuisine or Professional Baccalaureate in Cuisine
- 2 years of significant experience within a kitchen brigade ideally
- Organizational skills, responsiveness, and autonomy
