The Baselland Red Cross is committed to supporting people in need with a variety of services. Around 130 employees and more than 500 volunteers help in emergency situations, engage in further education, health promotion, and integration of the population in the Basel region.

We are currently looking for immediate or agreed start:

Employees for home care and support - hourly wage on call

Do you enjoy working with elderly and/or demented people and their relatives? Is it important to you to maintain the independence of the people you care for and to respect their individuality? Would you like to be able to take time for your clients? Then we look forward to your application.

Your tasks

• Engagement and activation of clients within their capabilities
• Care in the area of dementia
• Support with basic care
• Household tasks

Your profile

• You have a qualification as an SRK nursing assistant.
• You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility.
• You are time-flexible (available at least 3 days a week) and enjoy working on call.
• You preferably have your own car.

These are on-call assignments paid hourly, without a fixed workload.
