Your tasks:

• You competently and enthusiastically advise our customers on cars, camping and leisure and find exactly what suits their needs
• You sell products from our versatile range with over 13,000 items in the online shop and physical store – from cleaning and care to car and camping accessories, wheels, tyres, two-wheel accessories, tools and machines
• You advise our customers on camping accessories and help them find the right products for their trips
• You answer product questions and find the right solution even for special requests
• You ensure that our customers feel well advised and handle their concerns professionally and solution-oriented, even in the case of complaints
• You keep your sales targets in mind and push forward together with your team
• You stay up to date with new products and trends and ensure an appealing presentation in the physical store
• You keep an overview at the till and process payments reliably

What you bring:

• Cars, camping and leisure are topics that interest you and that you are passionate about
• You enjoy sales and approach people openly
• Ideally, you already have experience in sales or knowledge about cars, camping, vehicle care or accessories
• You have technical understanding and learn quickly what you need to know about our products
• You enjoy familiarising yourself with our broad range and continuously expanding your product knowledge
• You are communicative, likeable and can enthuse customers about our products
• You work independently, reliably and are willing to pitch in
• You are a team player and eager to achieve something together
