Convey work competencies: In the newly created role, you are the head of department for our in-house specialist operations of gardening, kitchen, and housekeeping. In addition, you operate the multifunctional workshop.

Create resources, motivate and support: You are responsible for the further development and implementation of the work-educational concept. This also includes the acquisition of work orders, their planning, and execution. You support and motivate the clientele through your active participation.

Work interdisciplinarily: You work closely, goal- and process-oriented with the various interdisciplinary and operational professional groups. As a member of the management, you contribute your work-educational knowledge and relevant experience.

Experience: You have professional experience dealing with clientele that is diverse in terms of duration of deployment and functional level. In addition, you can demonstrate initial leadership experience and feel confident in developing and implementing work-educational concepts.

Personality: You are characterized by pronounced social skills, a high level of assertiveness, manual dexterity, and creative flair.

Education: You have basic knowledge of work in a coercive context and common psychiatric disorders. In addition, you have recognized training in work education and bring corresponding leadership knowledge.

Language: You communicate confidently in spoken and written German; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
