Our client, Mungo Befestigungstechnik AG , is a leading company in the development, production, and marketing of high-quality fastening solutions for professional use in the construction industry. The strategic business areas are steel, nylon anchors, composite anchors, and fastening solutions for insulation systems.
To support the sales team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Consultant for the Eastern Switzerland region.
You are responsible for committed, active sales as well as competent customer advice in the Eastern Switzerland area and bear responsibility for achieving target goals according to budget specifications. You independently and with high commitment take care of the core target groups from the main construction trade as well as steel, metal, and facade construction. You know how to implement the marketing and pricing strategy set by the company in a targeted manner and convey competence and professionalism to customers. At the same time, you handle ongoing projects and acquire new business areas. For this task, you think analytically and entrepreneurially, present in a structured, timely, and audience-appropriate manner, and conduct sales talks with experience confidently and competently.
Your profile:For this responsible challenge, we are looking for experienced, structured, and strong-closing sales personalities with proven success in active field sales in the mentioned industries. It is your passion to use your professional knowledge in cooperation with processors, trade, architects, general contractors, and planners, to advise convincingly in order to strengthen sales success and market position. You communicate and present orally and in writing in flawless German. Other languages are an advantage. A high willingness to travel is required. For this task, you have the following ideal profile:
- Technical basic training and ideally further training in sales
- Several years of field sales experience in the construction or construction-related industry
- Convincing, confident, and communicative appearance
- Strong affinity for identifying sales opportunities
- Motivated, persistent, and service-oriented personality
