Commis de Cuisine / Demi-Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
100% from mid-January 2026 or by arrangement, for the summer season 2026, in the main kitchen !
What awaits you with us.
- You will be part of the team that accomplishes great things behind the scenes and make our guests fans with your creations.
- Your tasks include preparing all dishes at your station under the guidance of the Chef de Partie as well as assisting with station organization, including cleaning, proper storage of food, and helping with orders.
- You handle raw materials and ingredients, which are mainly animal- and environmentally-friendly produced in the region, carefully and attentively.
- Furthermore, you are able to professionally guide apprentices and interns working in your area.
What you bring with you
- We wish for a warm, reliable, and creative personality who maintains a careful and conscientious working style and for whom cooking is more than just a profession.
- Your manners are impeccable and the team spirit, also across departments, is very important to you.
- You have good German and/or English skills.
- If you have completed vocational training as a cook EFZ, you are exactly right with us.
