Your Tasks
- Independent care and support of patients (m/f/d) in various specialist areas
- Implementation of nursing measures and digital documentation of care processes
- Contact person for patients (m/f/d) and their relatives (m/f/d)
- Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Participation in team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement of care quality
- Taking on special tasks in nursing and supporting new colleagues (m/f/d), trainees (m/f/d), and interns (m/f/d) to promote their integration into the team
