As part of this commitment, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Commercial Employee (with CFC) in Logistics and International Transport to join our Logistics team at our Geneva headquarters. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, contributing directly to the success of the company.

Working under the guidance of the Manufacturing Logistics Responsible, the selected candidate will demonstrate initiative, precision, and reliability, ensuring all processes are followed meticulously to maintain high standards of performance and service.
- Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Implement existing processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics activities.
- Organize daily shipments of customer orders and shipments required by internal stakeholders, such as Purchasing, R&D, and Marketing.
- Ensure the accuracy of logistics documentation and that goods are transported safely and on time across countries, in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Address and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
- Maintain consistent alignment with a continuous improvement mindset through proactive communication, openness, and engagement with challenges related to the production and delivery of systems.
- Manage logistics administrative tasks and prepare required reports
- Responsible for the smooth running of internal processes.
Skills & Experience:
- CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in logistics and international transport or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- At ease with both domestic (export from Switzerland) and international transport chains
- Knowledge of customs regulations and Incoterms
- Good practice of standard IT and Microsoft office tools
- User experience in ERP such as SAP or MSBC is an asset
- Autonomy and proactivity in tasks execution in teamwork requiring regular alignment and a sustained level of communication
- Ability to troubleshoot shipment issues, hands on problem-solving ability
- Rigorous, ethical and organized, with readiness to listen and respond on internal and customer needs
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
