You support the management of the Master of Science in Nursing program (MSc) and take on a central role as a deputy in general administrative and organizational tasks.

You support and represent the program management in administration and organization with the following tasks:
- Planning and coordination of study and lecture operations
- Organization and support of the admission process for new students
- Design and adjustment of study materials and study programs
- Preparation and execution of faculty and program conferences
- Participation in the planning and implementation of public events
- Support of internal and external lecturers
- Introduction and support of new teaching staff
- Participation in the budgeting process and financial planning
- Exchange with foreign cooperation partners
- Support and active involvement in the planning of new teaching offers
In this role, you support the management of the Master of Science in Nursing program in the organization, coordination, and further development of study programs. Knowledge of the Swiss education system in the health and nursing sector as well as knowledge of the structure and organization of tertiary level A study programs is an advantage. Due to your very good knowledge and skills in commercial activities as well as your organizational talent, you work precisely and efficiently. Thanks to your confident PC user skills, especially your preference for Excel spreadsheets, and your financial technical competencies, you prepare data and analyses in a structured manner and thus make an important contribution to decision-making processes.
You work independently, networked, and structured, keep an overview even with parallel tasks, and design processes efficiently. Your service- and team-oriented attitude enables constructive collaboration with students, lecturers, and partner institutions. Job sharing with other employees is expressly desired. Experience in project work in the university context, high flexibility and resilience, as well as a confident handling of criticism and conflicts are advantageous.
