YOUR MISSIONS

• Actor of the triad composed of Production Methods, Industrial Methods, and Quality Methods, you will be responsible for ensuring the capability of all control processes.
• To do this, you participate in the co-construction of plans, you define and design the fixtures, sequences, and control programs. You share all these elements within the triad and validate them to reach a consensus on the control process.
• You support the field teams (internal and external) during the deployment of control processes and train them in the use of the proposed means.
• You update system data and ensure the reporting of your activity and the department's KPIs. You propose, validate, and apply control standards with the aim of digitizing and automating control deliverables and the triad's deliverables.
• You provide support to field teams in monitoring the series life of components to anticipate difficulties, propose necessary actions or modifications, and ensure the follow-up of implemented changes.
• You participate in various continuous improvement projects of the company impacting Quality Methods as well as in non-conformity analyses and the co-construction of new solutions. 

your profile

• Holder of a Technician diploma with a specialization in metrology, you have solid knowledge in the field of quality control and 3D measurement (plan reading - ISO GPS dimensionings) in watchmaking. You ideally master Calypso and have good knowledge of CREO.
• Thanks to your background, you have developed good knowledge in the field of machining (CNC machines) and precision mechanics. You are used to working with machine control tools (e.g., Ellisetting).
• You are rigorous, results-oriented, enjoy working in the field, and have a strong service spirit.
• You are recognized for your open-mindedness as well as your ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy in your responsibilities.
• You are attentive, pragmatic, and proactive.
• You master the Office suite (knowledge of SAP and Windchill is a plus).
