• You manage professional change initiatives in the investment business with a clear focus on impact and feasibility
• You connect product, processes, regulation, and systems into holistic solutions
• You clarify professional requirements, prioritize areas of action, and create decision-making bases so that change initiatives can be successfully implemented
• You effectively bring together departments, implementation partners, and IT in the change process
• You accompany the changes until they are successfully anchored in operations

• You bring solid practical experience in professional transformation in banking or investment business and have the corresponding education and further training
• You move confidently between product, processes, regulation, and IT
• You have proven experience in conceptual work, networked thinking, and a confident handling of internal and external stakeholders. This allows you to quickly create clarity and orientation even in complex situations
• You manage demanding topics across departments and win stakeholders for sustainable solutions
• You work focused, reliably, and with a clear impact claim even under high pressure and uncertainty
