In this role, you will deal with various legal issues from different areas of public law and private law. You will also gain insight into the work of the residents' council.
Allschwil is one of the largest municipalities in Northwestern Switzerland and is an innovative suburb of Basel. The proximity to this city shapes Allschwil's character, without the municipality losing its political and mental independence.
For the legal service of the municipality of Allschwil, we are looking for a/n from September 1, 2025, or by agreement for a duration of six months.
Your area of responsibility
• You will deal with legal issues from all areas of public law and parts of private law.
• You will advise the authorities within the municipal administration and the municipal council.
• You will participate in the drafting of regulations, decisions, and contracts and write legal documents and consultations.
• Additionally, you will gain insight into the work of the residents' council and experience the political decision-making process as well as the legislative process at the municipal level.
Your profile
• Legal degree (Licentiate/Master)
• You are a motivated and independent person.
• You have an accurate and deadline-oriented working style.
• You are articulate in both spoken and written communication.
• You have an interest in public law.
