Your tasks
- You plan and organize the return to the social "reception area" (school, daycare, training, etc.) at the end of the (partial) inpatient treatment and continue to support the patients in the outpatient setting
- You accompany patients on site and advise all external reference persons involved in the process (parents, teachers, etc.)
- You work closely with the (partial) inpatient treatment teams and the school for the sick
- You independently conduct group offers
- You network with schools/school social workers in region 10
- You work in phases with the nursing and educational teams of the wards
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of social work or social work with state recognition
- Professional experience in the field of clinical social work/child and adolescent psychiatry
- Motivation and team spirit
- Structured and independent work
- Empathy, organizational skills, communication and assertiveness
- Willingness to cooperate with the different stakeholders
