About the job

To strengthen our team and due to the automation of our production, we are looking for a specialist in the field of CNC. Do you have extensive experience in CNC manufacturing, especially in CAD/CAM programming, and are you looking for a new challenge? Then we have the right position for you.

What you can achieve

Create and optimize CNC programs with CAD/CAM systems (SolidCAM)
Set up and run in CNC turning, milling, and grinding machines
Optimize tool paths, cutting data, and process parameters
Ensure the required quality
Program, set up, and monitor robotic systems and automated production cells
Programming and operation of multisensor measuring systems
Perform automated measurement processes directly from production as well as evaluation, documentation, and feedback of measurement results for process optimization
Active participation in projects to optimize, further develop, and digitize production processes

What distinguishes you

Completed basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical basic education
Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing, preferably on long-turning machines
Very good knowledge of CAD/CAM programming is required
Experience in robotics and multisensor metrology is a plus
High quality awareness and enjoyment of precision
A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
You are open to new things, team-oriented, and have a high level of responsibility
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
