About the job
To strengthen our team and due to the automation of our production, we are looking for a specialist in the field of CNC. Do you have extensive experience in CNC manufacturing, especially in CAD/CAM programming, and are you looking for a new challenge? Then we have the right position for you.
What you can achieve
- Create and optimize CNC programs with CAD/CAM systems (SolidCAM)
- Set up and run in CNC turning, milling, and grinding machines
- Optimize tool paths, cutting data, and process parameters
- Ensure the required quality
- Program, set up, and monitor robotic systems and automated production cells
- Programming and operation of multisensor measuring systems
- Perform automated measurement processes directly from production as well as evaluation, documentation, and feedback of measurement results for process optimization
- Active participation in projects to optimize, further develop, and digitize production processes
What distinguishes you
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical basic education
- Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing, preferably on long-turning machines
- Very good knowledge of CAD/CAM programming is required
- Experience in robotics and multisensor metrology is a plus
- High quality awareness and enjoyment of precision
- A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
- You are open to new things, team-oriented, and have a high level of responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
